Our engraving is done with an advanced, computer-driven engraving system with the spirit and passion of our in-house engraver. Our professionally trained engravers are a true artists at heart who offer engraving on many hard-to-engrave products with the utmost precision.

Questions:

Can I return my engraved pendant?

Engraved items, custom orders including fingerprint jewelry, and 14K solid gold and platinum cannot be returned or refunded because they cannot be re-stocked. Please note: solid gold & platinum are special order items that take approximately 4-5 weeks and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Are proofs available?

If you choose to add an engraving, we will follow what you input - line by line, word for word. If you want all capital letters - type in all capital letters in the field (Please note: Script font is hard to read in all capital letters). Please proofread carefully before submitting your order. Overall, customers are very satisfied with the engravings without a proof.

How long will it take to engrave and ship my order?

Depending on the volume of engraving orders, generally 1-2 business days for an item to be completed. Photo engraving may take 1-2 business days. Many pieces, however, are engraved on the same day they are ordered. We do some day engraving and shipping on expedited orders. If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, simply let us know.

What font styles are available?

We offer two basic font styles, Script and Block. Please note that the block is more legible on very small pieces or with many characters. Also, script font is difficult to read in all capital letters. If you would like capital letters, block is the best choice. We suggest capitalizing the first letter of every word and ensure there are no spelling errors. If you have any questions about which font might be best for your order, please don’t hesitate to call.

What can be engraved?

In addition to engraving most cremation jewelry items with text, Bailey & Bailey offers some additional personalization not offered anywhere else. Some of these options include the ability to engrave sketches, signatures, handwritten notes, fingerprints, hand prints, footprints, symbols and even photos on to jewelry, urn or memorial - all dependent on size, material and shape.

Can you engrave a signature?

A doodle? A drawing? Yes, we can! For some families, nothing is more personal than something done in their loved one’s own hand. We do have the ability to duplicate and engrave simple drawings and signatures. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
