Here at the Memorial Guy we make every effort to make certain your purchases are worry free. We stand behind every product we sell. 

Refund policy on items from our Bailey & Bailey collections.

• Simply let us know of your intention to return within 30 days of your receipt of the urn and we will provide you with an approval email. Due to the valuable and delicate nature of our urns, we require that you return it to us in the original packaging. While damage rarely occurs when shipped in this specially designed original packaging, we highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. The urn is your responsibility until we receive it back in our warehouse in undamaged condition. 
• Engraved items, custom orders including fingerprint jewelry, and 14K solid gold and platinum cannot be refunded because they cannot be restocked.
  Please note: solid gold & platinum are special order items that take approximately 4-5 weeks and cannot be cancelled or returned. 
   
  Cremation jewelry that has been "filled" is not returnable and will not be accepted back.

Refund Policy on All items from our Reflections collections. This includes All Urns and All Cremation Jewelry.

  The Memorial Guy understands that choosing a cremation urn or memorial for a loved one is a meaningful, forever decision. We want every Reflections Urns and Memorial customer to feel that our company is here to help you, that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the memorial you receive, and that, once you see the memorial, you feel that inner certainty that you made the “right choice” for your loved one.
• We will gladly refund or replace any product that is found to be damaged or defective. But even more than that, we want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with the fit, finish, and quality of every product, and we will take back any non-personalized purchase for any reason for 90 days after purchase.
  
  To reinforce our commitment to service and satisfaction, we back our purchase guarantee with a free returns policy -- we will pay the cost of return shipping ourselves.
  The only exceptions to our returns policy are that we cannot take back an item that has had any ashes placed in it or an item that has been personalized with direct engraving. The Memorial Guy will provide a full product refund -- however, if you chose an expedited ship option, and you received that service from FedEx as promised, we cannot refund the cost of that service.

 Warranty for All Trigard Bronze Memorial Purchases

All purchases of Bronze Memorials are backed by a Five Year Warranty.

1. Memorial will resist Cracking, Flaking, and or Blistering.
2. Memorial will resist chalking and discoloration due to ultra violet rays.
3. Memorial will not change color more than (5) Delta-E Hunter Units.

Any Bronze Memorial that proves defective during the 5 year warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Trigards option when returned to the factory. Trigard will pay all Freight charges on Approved Warranty Failures. The cost incurred of uninstalling and reinstalling is not covered.

Warranty on All Granite Memorials from Supernova:

• 60 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with the Quality of your stone once its installed in the cemetery.
• 150% Perpitual Warranty if at anytime your Granite Memorial has any Defect in Fading or Cracking once its set in the cemetery we will Replace the Granite Memorial and Refund Fifty Percent of the Price You Paid.
