We started out in the Memorial Monument business back in 2010. At that time we actually carved all the monuments we sold, which is very rare today. Most of the monument shops are simply taking your order. They do not have any knowledge of Carving or Designing. In addition, the majority of folks in the funeral business have passed down their business from generation to generation. They really make it difficult for anyone trying to open any type of new funeral business, this way there is really no competition. They are able to charge whatever they feel the customer will pay that day. Rarely do you go to look for a monument that has the Total Price plainly posted!
